Wonderful easy tips to treat sprains Ankle , on the first and second day use Ice on the area as much as you can ,
Use any kind of cream or any product (Myocool cream) to reduce the sore , don't bandage the area at this moment , keep your foot always in higher place while you sit , if you are forced to go out for work or else , make sure to wear ankle bandage to support the area and take it off when you get back home. if you found that the sore has gone move to the next important method (cold & heat shock), first put your foot in very hot water and stay for 2-3 minutes , then go directly to another bowel with very cold water for another 2-3 minutes ,repeat the action 5 times everyday , after 10 days you will feel that you're back to normal ,remember that the area is very weak and need to be stronger again , be careful when you walk and look where do you put your foot , in my next tips I'll tell you how to make the ankle area stronger and to get it back to normal , I hope this will help lots of players who don't want to be away from doing their sports for a long time , if anyone needs help , feel free to leave your comments and contact me , it's my pleasure :)
