Most sport people do something wrong before they play a match or before their training , they first do some stretches technique to expand their muscles to avoid any contracting or harming their muscles , ankles , knees
the right way is to warm up the whole body first by running for about 10 minutes , then go for the stretches steps , this way the muscles , ankles , knees ......etc will be well prepared and ready for expanding , the other way will lead to some problems if the body hasn't been warmed up before
