flat your abdomen soon

If you wanna flat your abdomen fast , do the following exercise for 10 days , twice a day , sleep on your back and put your legs on higher chair , hold your neck with a towel , then try to lift your body to the front and count fm 05 -10 times , don't be surprised if you find it hard , it's right to the point,, again just tell me how often you can do it and after 10 days how much weigh did you lose in this area ? :)
