What's KEEPING You From a Flat Belly?Doctors agree that internal belly fat is the most deadly kind of body fat there is. Studies show it dramatically increases the chance of illness such as heart disease, diabetes, certain cancers, Alzheimer's, stroke, and even depression (suicide).
And if that wasn't bad enough, that dreaded belly bulge makes us look unattractive and it can demolish our self-esteem and confidence to boot.
